<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2007 - 6 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN ANNUAL CONTRACT <br />WITH HUGHES SUPPLY FOR THE PROVISION OF SINGLE PHASE <br />ELECTRIC METERS; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS <br />CONTRACT EXTENSION ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS : <br /> <br />1. On January 9, 2006 the City Council of the City of San Marcos approved an <br />annual contract for the provision of single phase electric meters (the "Contract") with Hughes <br />Supply. <br /> <br />2. Both parties agree to extend the Contract for an additional year. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The extension of the Contract with Hughes Supply for the provision of <br />single phase electric meters is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2.
