GRANTOR/OWNER OF EASEMENT: City of San Marcos 630 East Hopkins Street San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666 GRANTEE/OWNER OF PROPERTY SUBJECT TO EASEMENT: Sac-N-Pac Stores, Inc. 1405 United Drive, Suite 115 San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666 PROPERTY SUBJECT TO EASEMENT: That 4.462 acre tract of land out of the J.M. Veramendi League No. 1 in the City of San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, as described by metes and bounds in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, Grantor releases the Property Subject to the Easement from the Easement, and Grantor conveys all of its right, title and interest in the Easement, to the extent it is located within the Property Subject to therEasement, to the Gentee.
