7. The term of this license will commence on April 1, 2003 and will terminate on March 31, 2004. Unless one party notifies the other of its intent to terminate this agreement at least 30 days in advance, this agreement will be automatically extended for a one-year period on each April 1st. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause, by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. 8. All notices from one party to the other under this agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the following address of the other party (or to another address designated by a party in a written notice): To City: Dan O'Leary, City Manager City of San Marcos 630 East Hopkins San Marcos, Texas 78666 To GBRA: W. E. West, Jr., General Manager Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority 933 E. Court Street Seguin, Texas 78155 9. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any legal action under this Agreement shall lie in Hays County, Texas. 10. This Agreement is the entire and integrated agreement between the City and GBRA and regarding the Equipment, and it supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, either written or oral, on this subject.
