These minimum limits may be basic <br />policy limits or any combination of basic limits and umbrella limits. The City's acceptance of Certificates <br />of Insurance that iu any respect do not comply with the requirements of this Contract does not release the <br />Contractor from compliance herewith. <br /> <br />Section 7.3 Bonds <br /> <br />The Contractor will fnmish a performance bond as security for the performance of the coatract within 10 <br />days following the Contractor's receipt of a fully executed contract and before commencing any work <br />under this Contract, and ammally thereafter. The performance bond must be an amount equal to tile base <br />contract amount for tile following year of the contract. The Contractor wilt pay the premium for this bond. <br />The surety on the bond Mil be a duly authorized corporate surety authorized to do business iu the State of <br />Texas.
