Section 1. Prerequisites <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />Year 1— Effective 10/1/2012 <br />Each promotional candidate desiring to take a promotional examination must meet the eligibility <br />requirements under Texas Local Government Code Chapter 143 to take the examination.
