MOTION: Upon a motion made by Council Member Thomaides and a second by Council <br />Member Scott, the City Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed, to approve Resolution <br />2012 -109R, as previously captioned. The motion carried unanimously. <br />16-Hold discussion related to when a Planned Development District (PDD) or Zoning <br />application fails to receive a majority vote of the City Council, limiting the applicant to <br />one refiling of an application for the same property for 1 year. <br />Following Council discussion the Council directed Staff to bring back a proposed draft for LDC <br />changes before it goes to the Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration. <br />17.Ouestion and Answer Session with Press and Public <br />Sherwood Bishop, 124 Elm Hill Court — once PDD is denied by P &Z, does it have to go to council, or <br />can it go to the Planning and Zoning Commission over and over again? <br />Annette Beaver, 430 Blanco River Ranch Road — Asked council why they would not consider the PDD <br />item?
