<br />TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY; ADDED TO THE ROLL

<br />Budget in a public hearing to be held by the City Council of the Cit} ?f San Marcos, Texas, on Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the
<br />Council Chambers at City Hall, 630 E. Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas, including all funds in the following categories: (1) General Fund;
<br />(2) Debt Service Fund; (3) Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund; (4) Municipal Court Technology Fund; (5) Municipal Court Security Fee Fund; (6) Mu-
<br />nicipal Court Juvenile Fee Fund, (7) Seized Assets Fund; (8) TIRZ #2 Fund; (9) TIRZ #3 Fund; (10) Community Development Block Grant Pro-
<br />gram Fund; (11) W.I.C. Program Fund; (12) Cemetery Operations Fund; (13) Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund; (14) Capital Improvements
<br />Funds - General Cash, General Debt, Water/Wastewater and Drainage; (15) Water/Wastewater Utility Fund; (16) Drainage Utility Fund; (17)
<br />Electric Utility Fund; (18) Municipal Airport Fund; (19) Waste Collection Utility Fund : and (20) Transit Fund. Copies of these proposed budg-
<br />ets, along with the City Manager's recommendations to bring estimated revenues and expenditures into balance, and the proposed budgets
<br />summarized below, may be inspected at the Public Library, 625 E. Hopkins Street, Monday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
<br />Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except holidays).
