Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Texas, including all funds in the following categories: (1) General Fund; <br />(2) Debt Service Fund; (3) Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund; (4) Municipal Court Technology Fund; (5) Municipal Court Security Fee Fund; (6) Mu- <br />nicipal Court Juvenile Fee Fund, (7) Seized Assets Fund; (8) TIRZ #2 Fund; (9) TIRZ #3 Fund; (10) Community Development Block Grant Pro- <br />gram Fund; (11) W.I.C. Program Fund; (12) Cemetery Operations Fund; (13) Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund; (14) Capital Improvements <br />Funds - General Cash, General Debt, Water/Wastewater and Drainage; (15) Water/Wastewater Utility Fund; (16) Drainage Utility Fund; (17) <br />Electric Utility Fund; (18) Municipal Airport Fund; (19) Waste Collection Utility Fund : and (20) Transit Fund. Copies of these proposed budg- <br />ets, along with the City Manager's recommendations to bring estimated revenues and expenditures into balance, and the proposed budgets <br />summarized below, may be inspected at the Public Library, 625 E.
