ARTICLE 9 <br />RESPONSE TIME <br />The City policy in Section 7.60 of the City Employee Handbook regarding a timely response applies to all <br />Officers hired after January 1, 2010 as a condition of employment. The reasonable response time for <br />such Officers regardless of assignment is established to be forty (40) minutes from their permanent <br />residence to the corporate City limit. The parties agree that this Article supersedes any conflicting <br />provisions of Section 150.021 and Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code. <br />Page 12 <br />
