conditions of this Agreement, that has not been mutually agreed to by both Parties. In the event any <br />Officer covered by this Agreement who is not representing the Association attempts to violate any of <br />the provisions of this Article, he /she shall be prohibited from utilizing any of the provisions of this <br />Agreement or any other similar statutory authorization that allows an Officer to petition a governmental <br />body. <br />Section S. Extension for Successor Agreement <br />If the parties are engaged in negotiations for a successor Agreement at the time this agreement, as <br />amended, expires, the Association's and the City's negotiating teams shall have the authority to extend <br />this Agreement in thirty (30) calendar day /monthly increments by mutual written agreement, during an <br />period of good faith negotiations after such termination date, not to exceed a total of three (3) months. <br />Page 27 <br />
