18. <br /> <br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br /> <br />Date: April 29, 2003 <br /> <br />Grantor: City of San Marcos, 630 East Hopkins Street, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas <br />78666 <br /> <br />Grantee: Southwest Texas State University, 601 University Drive, San Marcos, Hays <br />County, Texas 78666 <br /> <br />Easement Is Described in the Following Documents: Special Warranty Deed dated <br />February 15, 1996 conveying the Property from the City of San Mamos to Southwest Texas <br />State University, recorded in Volume 1220, Pages 364 of the Official Public Records for <br />Hays County, Texas.
