Consultant, and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, as follows: I 13.2 The total of all fees and expenses to be paid to Consultant for Basic Services as described in Sections 1.1 through 1.4 is a fixed fee of $180,000.00. This compensation will be paid to the Consultant as follows: a) Initial Payment $ 18,000.00 b) Monthly Payments $153,000.00 c) Success Retainer $ 9.000.00 (10 % oftotal contract amount) (12 equal payments of $12,750.00) beginning in the first full month after execution of this Agreement. (5% of Agreement amount) to be paid after successful negotiation, execution of a contract between the City and the vendor selected to provide the wireless mesh network and the conclusion of installation and acceptance of the Project by the City. Total Fee: $180,000.00 13.3 Compensation for Additional Services of the Consultant will be computed based on the Consultant's standard hourly rate of $200.00 per hour, $1,500.00 per day, $5,000.00 per week and $15,000.00 per month. Each of the persons executing this Agreement represents that he or she has full power and I authority to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party that person represents. This Agreement will be effective as of the day and year established in the first paragraph of this Agreement.
