<br />in this Agreement. The Consultant will submit a written estimate of fees to the City and obtain I <br />the City's authorization before initiating any additional services. The following services, if <br />requested of the Consultant by the City, are specifically considered to be additional services: <br /> <br />a) Fundraising Brochures and Presentation Models <br />b) Detailed Way-finding and Signage Package Development <br />c) Detailed Parking and Operations Analysis Study <br />d) Detailed Utilities and Infrastructure Plans <br />e) Detailed Design Standards and Equipment & Furnishing Selection <br />f) Due Diligence or Site Acquisition Services <br />g) Physical Site or Properties Surveys <br />h) Soils Borings and Reports <br />i) Additional Fiscal Impact Studies <br /> <br />1.7.2 Each material change (deletion or addition) in the services to be provided by Consultant <br />must be authorized by the City on the Authorization of Change in Services form attached to this <br />Agreement as Attachment A. Compensation for additional services will be in addition to that <br />specified for Basic Services in accordance with Section 13.2 of this Agreement. The approval of <br />the City's governing body is necessary for all additional services the compensation for which <br />exceeds $25,000. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 2 <br />THE CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />The City will: <br /> <br />2.1 Provide full information to the Consultant regarding the City's requirements for the <br />Consultant's services under this Agreement. The City will furnish the Consultant with data and <br />information in the City's possession needed by the Consultant at the Consultant's request to <br />include: <br /> <br />a) A site survey showing property lines, building footprints, paving, walkways, vegetation, <br />topography, and above and below grade utilities in AutoCAD or compatible format; <br />b) All basic data on City-owned properties; <br />c) Current City plans and ordinances; <br />d) Oblique aerial photos; and <br />e) List of critical stakeholders. <br /> <br />2.2 Designate Andy Alarcon, Chief Planner as the City's Project Manager and authorized <br />representative to act on the City's behalf with respect to this Agreement. The Project Manager <br />will internally facilitate and guide the overall process, i.e. schedule meetings, distribute <br />materials, etc. The City will examine the documents and information submitted by the <br />Consultant and promptly render responses to the Consultant on issues requiring a decision by the <br />City. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Downtown Master Plan Contract <br />
