<br />1.1.5 Any provIsions in this Agreement pertammg to the City's review, approval and/or I <br />acceptance of written materials prepared by the Architect and/or its subconsultants, contractors, <br />and subcontractors in connection with this Agreement will not diminish the Architect's <br />responsibility for the materials. <br /> <br />l.I.6 Architect will perform all of its services in coordination with the City. The Architect will <br />advise the City of data and information the Architect needs to perform its services, and the <br />Architect will meet with City representatives at mutually convenient times to assemble this data <br />and information. <br /> <br />1.2 PHASE 1 - PROGRAMMING <br /> <br />The Architect will: <br /> <br />1.2.1 Assemble a Project team comprised of the City's representatives and the Architect's <br />representatives. The Architect will meet with the Project team to set the design and production <br />schedule and parameters for all subsequent work, to verify the components within which all <br />Project participants must perform, and to identify all parties and significant deadlines involved in <br />the comprehensive schedule strategy. Based on this information, the Architect will prepare a <br />detailed schedule of its work for the Project addressing each component of the work to be done, <br />indicating the points of involvement of all project participants. <br /> <br />1.2.2 Work with the City's representatives to develop the facility space requirements. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />l.2.3 Document the facility program and submit it to the City for review and approval. <br /> <br />l.2.4 Prepare a preliminary estimate of construction cost. <br /> <br />1.3 PHASE 2 - SCHEMATIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br />The Architect will: <br /> <br />1.3.1 Review the program developed by the Architect in conjunction with the City to ascertain <br />the requirements of the Project and to arrive at a mutual understanding of such requirements with <br />the City. <br /> <br />1.3.2 Provide a preliminary evaluation of the City's program, schedule and construction budget <br />requirements, each in terms of the other. <br /> <br />1.3.3 Review with the City alternative approaches to design and construction ofthe Project. <br /> <br />2 <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I j f <br />
