<br /> 62 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998 - 49R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS APPROVING THE SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS FOR <br /> REIMBURSEMENT OF REMEDIATION COSTS INCURRED BY THE CITY <br /> ON LPST #92680 DURING THE FIRST, SECOND, THIRD AND FOURTH <br /> QUARTERS OF CALENDAR YEAR 1997, TO THE TEXAS NATURAL <br /> RESOURCE CONSERVATION COMMISSION; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos has undertaken corrective site remediation activities for <br /> LPST #92680. <br /> 2. The City wishes to be reimbursed for its remediation expenses in accordance <br /> with State law. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the City's submission of applications to the Texas Natural Resource <br /> Conservation Commission for the reimbursement of remediation costs incurred by the City <br /> on LPST ~92680 during the first, second, third and fourth quarters of calendar year 1997, <br /> copies of which are attached to this Resolution, is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> reimbursement applications on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
