22. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2003- 70 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS FINDING CERTAIN CELLULAR TELEPHONES TO BE SURPLUS <br />AND OF NO VALUE TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; AUTHORIZING THE <br />DONATION OF THESE CELLULAR TELEPHONES TO SPECIAL <br />OLYMPICS TEXAS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos has in its possession cellular telephones that are of <br />no value to the City. <br /> <br />Texas. <br /> <br />The City wishes to donate these cellular telephones to Special Olympics <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The City Council finds and determines that certain cellular telephones <br />in the City's possession are surplus and of no value to the City of San Marcos. <br /> <br /> PART 2. The City Council authorizes the donation of these cellular telephones <br />to Special Olympics Texas. <br /> <br /> PART 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately from and <br />after its passage. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this the 28th <br /> <br />day of April, <br /> <br />,2003. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Janis K.
