<br />Octooer 15, 1960, and recorded in Volume 184, Pages 106-111, Hays
<br />County Deec::, Records, and said One (1) acre tract of real property
<br />hereby conveyed being more particularly described by metes and
<br />bounds as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at an old iron pipe on the Southeast line or In-
<br />terstate High'«ay No. 35 and the Northwest line of a tract or land
<br />conveyed by Ji~ Hartley, Receiver, to C. C. Holt by deed of date
<br />October 15, 1960, and of record in Volllille 184, Pages 106-111 of the
<br />Deed Records or Hays County, Texas, and at the most Northern corner
<br />of a Drainage Easement as of record in Volume 183, Pages 376-379 of
<br />the Deed Records of Hays County, Texas, for the most Western corner
<br />of the small tract of land hereby conveyed and from which point an
<br />old iron pipe at the mas t ,(ìestern corner of the Holt's tract of
<br />land and the most .Northern corner or Fairlawn Addition as of re-
<br />cord in Volume 120, Page 370 or the Deed Records of Hays County,
<br />Texas, bears So 35° 19' W. 50.8 feet;
<br /> THENCE with the Northeast line of the Drainage Easement and
<br />the Southwest line of the small tract of land hereby conveyed, S.
<br />44° 43' E. 211. 65 feet to an iron pipe and from which point an old
<br />iron pipe bears S. 44° 431 E. 104.95 feet;
