The City acknowledges that under State law, its <br />inspections are limited to tie-downs, utility connections and other exterior aspects of manufactured <br />home installation, and not the construction of the homes themselves. <br /> <br />Please indicate Sun's agreement to this proposal by having an authorized officer for Sun countersign <br />this letter and return it to me. <br /> <br /> <br />Sincerely~ / <br />~~ 4.At~ <br />Larry r§J.
