EXHIBIT itA" *********** VOL 191 PAGE 141 FIELD NOTES *********** A parcel of land containing 0.0624 acre (2720 square feet) out of the William Pettus Two League Grant, Caldwell County, Texas, and lying wholly within the San Marcos Airport; this parcel is shown on a plat of a survey dated 10 February 1996 by Charles R. Swart, Surveyor, and is more particularly described by metes and bounds in the following paragraphs. Each aluminum capped iron monument cited is a 5/8" diameter iron bar, 18" lo.ng, with a 2" diameter aluminum cap marked SAN MARCOS AIRPORT 1996 CHARLES R. SWART SURVEYOR and with the point number shown on the plat and cited herein. Bearings are based on the center line bearing of State Highway 21 as shown on the right of way map of the Texas Highway Department dated 27 March 1937, as the center line was found marked on the ground between stations 129 + 53 and 158 + 10. The point cited as the West Reference Mark (point 50) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole near the west end of the còncrete parking ramp, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. The point cited as the East Reference Mark (point 51) is a 3/8 inch diameter drill hole in the concrete parking ramp opposite the east legs of the old coptrol tower, and 9.5 feet north of the south edge of the ramp. From the West Reference Mark, the East Reference Mark bears South 89 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds East a distance. of 1505.44 feet. Beginning at the east corner (point 1760) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument, from which the West Reference Mark (point 50) bears North 80 degrees 47 minutes 22 seconds East.a distance of 483.15 feet; thence, from the point of beginning, South 67 degrees 27 minutes 18 seconds West along the southeast line of this parcel a distance of 40.00 feet to the south corner (point 1761) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; thence North 22 degrees 32 minutes 42 seconds West along the southwest line of this parcel a distance of 68.00 feet to the west corner (point 1762) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; thence North 67 degrees 27 minutes 18 seconds East along the northwest line of this parcel a distance of 4 O. 00 feet to the north corner (point 1763) of this parcel, which is marked with an aluminum capped iron monument; thence South 22 degrees 32 minutes 42 seconds East along the northeast line of this parcel a distance of 68.00 feet to the point of beginning. *********** STATE OF TEXAS COUNTY OF HAYS I, CHARLES R.
