13. Any assignment, transfer, or sublease of any of the rights granted by the Licensee without the written consent of the Licensor shall be void. Subject to this provision, this Agreement shall extend to and bind the successors and assigns of the parties. 14. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed to confer upon the Licensee any rights of property in Licensor-owned poles or other distribution facilities or to compel the Licensor to maintain its poles or other distribution facilities longer than its own business requires. 15. Licensee will insure that Licensor is furnished the name and telephone number of a responsible contact person in the event that there is an emergency which would require the replacement, removal or other modification to the pole on which Licensee's attachment has been placed. 16. Should the Licensee's communication facilities under this Agreement become capable of providing load management and/or other electric customer services, the Licensee grants to the Licensor the option of using any available capacity in the Licensee's faci.lities for that purpose provided that the use will in no way impair the Licensee's operation of its facilities. 17. This Agreement shall become effective on ADri! 28 , 1998, and shall continue in effect until terminated by either party. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon giving to the other party ninety (90) days notice in writing of its intention to terminate. Upon the termination date, the Licensee shall immediately remove all of its facilities from the Licensor-owned poles. If not so removed by the Licensee, the Licensor shall have the right to remove the Licensee's equipment at the cost and expense of the Licensee without any liability.
