<br /> EXHIBIT A <br /> TO <br /> ESCROW AGREEMENT DATED AS OF May 15. 1998 <br /> ESCRO'V ACENT FEES AND EXPENSES <br /> \)vt <br /> Acceptance Fee: ~o (to be paid by Lessee from escrow earnings) <br /> The fees quoted in this schedule apply to services ordinarily rendered in administering an escrow account and <br /> are subject to reasonable adjustment when the Escrow Agent is called upon to undertake unusual duties or <br /> as changes in the law, procedures or the cost of doing business demand. The extraordinary fee rate in effect <br /> ($ 150/hour) will apply at the time services are provided. <br /> Unless otherwise agreed upon, the Acceptance Fee and the first year Administration Fee are payable upon the <br /> execution of the Agreement whether or not the escrow account is funded. In the event the escrow is not <br /> funded, the Acceptance Fee and all related expenses will not be refunded.
