<br /> 20, the rights and duties between Provider and Participant shall be those set out in this <br /> Agreement and the duties and liabilities of Participant shall not be increased, decreased or <br /> otherwise altered by any agreement between Provider and any Additiònal Participant or <br /> third party. <br /> 21. COl\tßIENCEl\tfE~l OF I~lTIAL TERvl. <br /> The term of this Agreement shall commence on January 15, 1997 and extend for <br /> three (3) years, ending on January 15,2000. In the event Additional Participants become <br /> parties to this Agreement, the term for the Additional Participants shall commence on the <br /> date the Additional Participant becomes a Participant and shall end on January 15,2000. <br /> 22. NO OR\L AGREEl\tfENTS. <br /> The parties agree that this Agreement and the attachments and exhibits contains all <br /> representations, understandings, contracts and agreements between the parties regarding the <br /> subject matter of this Agreement and any other writings, understandings, oral <br /> representations or contracts shall be deemed to be terminated, void and ineffective. <br /> 23.
