<br />CHAMBERS SURVEY NO.1, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS.

<br />BEING a 4.566 acre tract or parcel of land out of and being a part of the T.J.
<br />Chambers Survey No.1, Hays County, Texas, and being a part of that certain
<br />tract described as 765.04 acres less and except 22 tracts listed in a deed dated
<br />October 10, 1995, from Handler Smith to CORHAN, Ltd. a Texas Limited
<br />Partnership as recorded in Volume 1196, Page 056, Official Public Records, Hays
<br />County, Texas.
<br />COMMENCING FOR REFERENCE at a 5/8 inch iron rod found in the
<br />southeast line of Stagecoach Road, the north corner of Lot 266, Willow Creek
<br />Estates, Section 6, a subdivision as recorded in Volume 4, Page 154, of the Hays
<br />County Plat Records, for the west or north\Nest corner of this tract.
<br />THENCE with the southeast line of Stagecoach Road, N 46 deg. 31 min.
<br />40 sec. E, 15.03 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the POINT OF BEGINNING,
<br />the west corner of this tract.
<br />THENCE continuing with the southeast line of Stagecoach Road, N 46 deg.
<br />31 min. 40 sec. E, 331.02 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set at the beginning of a curve
<br />to the right.
<br />THENCE continuing with the southeast line of Stagecoach Road along a
<br />curve to the right whose radius is 1140.70 feet; whose long chord bears N 54 deg.
<br />40 min. 42 sec. E, 323.45 feet, 324.54 feet along the arc to a 5/8 inch iron rod set
<br />at the end of same.
<br />THENCE continuing with the southeast line of Stagecoach Road, N 62 deg.
<br />49 min. 44 sec. E, 60.02 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the west or northwest
<br />corner of Intermediate School Subdivision, a subdivision as recorded in Volume 6,
<br />Page 154 of the Hays County Plat Records, for the north corner of this tract.
<br />THENCE with the west or southwest line of the said Intermediate School
<br />Subdivision, S 45 deg. 28 min. 35 sec. E, 227.47 feet to a 5i8 inch iron rod set for
<br />the east corner of this tract, same tract being in the southeast line of T.J.
<br />Chambers Survey No.1 .of which this is a part and the northwest line of the J.M.
<br />Veramendi Survey No.1.
<br />THENCE with the common line of the T.J. Chambers Survey No.1 and
<br />J.M. Veramendi Survey No.1, S 46 deg. 29 min. 48 sec. W, 499.17 feet to a 5/8
<br />inch iron rod set, S 44 deg. 59 min. 44 sec. W, 215.04 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
<br />found for the east corner of the befQre said Lot 266, Willow Creek Estates,
<br />Section 6, for the south corner of thiš tract.
<br />THENCE with the northeast line of the said Lot 266, N 46 deg. 53 min. 06
<br />sec. W, 149.36 feet to 5/8 inch iron rod set for an angle corner of this tract.
<br />THENCE N 46 deg. 31 min. 40 sec. E, 15.03 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set,
