<br /> Exhibit A <br /> Statement of Work <br /> I. Description of Services: Consulting Services related to one implementation of the <br /> following: <br /> Oracle General Ledger Oracle Accounts Payable <br /> Oracle Purchasing Oracle Project Billing <br /> Oracle Accounts Receivable Oracle Project Costing <br /> Oracle Fixed Assets Oracle Discoverer <br /> End User Training System Administration <br /> II. Estimated Length of Project Based on Assumptions: 5 Months <br /> III. Assumptions: <br /> 1. This project does not include any customizations or enhancements. Customizations <br /> and enhancements are defined as modifications to the application software through <br /> programming changes to the original source code or the development of additional <br /> programming code which alters the functionality of the underlying off-the-shelf <br /> software. <br /> 2. All interfaces, except those noted in Proposal Response 98-051, regarding <br /> HRfFinancial system interface, will be the responsibility of The City of San Marcos. <br /> ISI will assist The City in the planning and testing of interfaces to other systems. If <br /> the client requests additional technical assistance in the analysis, design and <br /> development of interfaces, it will be available through ISI on a time and materials <br /> basis. <br /> 3. An ISI technical consultant will perform conversions limited to Fixed Assets, and <br /> Vendor files only. All other conversions are the responsibility of The City of San <br /> Marcos. <br /> 4. Testing will be substantial. The City of San Marcos and ISI resources for execution <br /> of actual tests will require a substantial amount of time. <br /> 5. The detailed project plan (scope) including deliverables for this project will be further <br /> developed during the implementation strategy process. Project plan to be developed <br /> using MS Project. Consultant will baseline project before work is begun. An <br /> electronic copy of the updated plan will be delivered to the City of San Marcos <br /> Project Manager at least weekly throughout the project. <br /> 6. The City of San Marcos will assign employees with appropriate skills to work as full <br /> members of the systems implementation team. The estimated total hours of the City's <br /> staff on the project team are 3,220. These hours, as shown in Exhibit B, consist of one <br />
