We do realize that the City's staff must still <br /> perform their everyday job functions in conjunction with working with ISI consultants. We will <br /> do our best to accommodate their schedules. We feel that a truly successful project is one in <br /> which The City's staff is fully involved in the decision making and everyday activities of this <br /> implementation. Any changes to the project that will affect the nwnber of hours or dollar <br /> amount of the overall project will be communicated in writing to the client and be agreed upon <br /> by both parties. <br />
