<br /> 15.0. <br /> RESOLUTION 1998- 131 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE <br /> CENTERPOINT TRANSMISSION MAIN PROJECT TO CAPITAL CITY <br /> UTILITIES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE <br /> CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The award of a construction contract for the Centerpoint Transmission <br /> Main Project to Capital City Utilities of Austin, Texas in the amount of $935,339.00 is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the contract <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
