<br /> 182 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998- 144 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS; <br /> TEXAS APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO WHECO ELECTRIC, INC. FOR <br /> THE PROVISION OF SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br /> INTEGRATION OF FRESHWATER WELLS AND BOOSTER PUMPING <br /> STATIONS INTO THE CITY'S SCADA SYSTEM; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The City of San Marcos engaged the services of WHECO Electric, Inc. <br /> ("WHECO") for the provision of services in connection with the integration of freshwater <br /> wells and booster pumping stations into the City's Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition <br /> ("SCADA") system. <br /> 2. These services were provided pursuant to a contract between the City and <br /> WHECO, executed on January 26, 1998. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The services provided in conection with the integration of freshwater <br /> wells and booster pumping stations into the SCADA system have been completed pursuant <br /> to that contract of January 26,1998, between the City and WHECO and are accepted by <br /> the City of San Marcos. <br /> PART 2. Final payment in the amount of $5,832.70 to WHECO for these <br /> services is authorized. <br /> PART 3.
