must be returned to the Department. The prorated portion of proceeds will be determined based on the Contractor's ownership. J. Contractor shall ensure that Department is provided with a copy of an appraisal, completed by an appraiser with Member Appraisal Institute (M.A.I.), Senior Real Estate Analyst (S.R.E.A.), Senior Real Property Appraiser (S.R.P.A.), or State Certified General Appraiser qualifications, on the property identified in subsection 22.H. based on completed rehabilitation and having a total value of at least four hundred one thousand six hundred sixty-eight and no/l 00 dollars ($401,668.00). K. Contractor shall provide documentation to Department that the plans and specifications for construction of, improvements to, or the renovation of buildings, described in Exhibit A to this contract, have been submitted to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation concerning the elimination of architectural barriers encountered by persons with disabilities as specified in TEX. REV. CIV. STAT. ANN. art. 9102 and the rules promulgated thereunder. This documentation must be received by Department, prIor to Department's release of construction/rehabilitation funds for such improvements. L. Contractor shall provide Department with a copy of the site survey identified in subsection 22.H. dated within the twelve month period prior to the commencement date of this contract. Such survey shall depict the location of the buildings, flatwork, driveway, and other real estate improvements. T. Contractor shall provide documentation of Contractor's injection of ninety-nine thousand three and no/l00 dollars ($99,003.00) from its program income of which fifty-two thousand one hundred sixty eight and no/IOO dollars ($52,168.00) shall be used for working capital and forty-six thousand eight hundred thirty-five and no/IOO dollars ($46,835.00) shall be used for the purchase of machinery and equipment. Section 5. Exhibit A, entitled "Performance Statement", as adopted in Amendment No.1, is deleted in its entirety and a new Perfomance Statement, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein for all purposes, is adopted. Section 6. Exhibit B to the original contract effective on January 22, 1994, entitled "Budget", is deleted in its entirety and a new budget, attached hereto as Exhibit B and incorporated herein for all purposes, is adopted.
