<br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br /> DATE: <br /> GRANTOR: Ernest Cummings and Sally Cummings <br /> 1707 Airport Highway 21 <br /> San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666 <br /> GRANTEE: City of San Marcos, a Municipal Corporation <br /> 630 East Hopkins Street <br /> San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666 <br /> PROPERTY: A tract of property containing acres, more or less, in the <br /> Survey, A-- in Hays County, Texas, and being a part of that tract of land <br /> described in a deed recorded in Volume -' Page of the Hays County Deed Records and <br /> being more particularly described by metes and bounds in the attached Exhibit "A" <br /> RESERVATIONS FROM AND EXCEPTIONS TO CONVEYANCE AND WARRANTY: All presently <br /> recorded easements, restrictions and rights-of-way that affect the Property. <br /> CONSIDERATION: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and <br /> sufficiency of which are acknowledged by Grantor. <br /> Grantor, for the consideration and subject to the reservations from and exceptions to <br /> conveyance and warranty, grants and conveys to Grantee an easement for public utilities across, <br /> upon, above and within the Property.
