SCHULLE TO MARY ANNE HOOD, TRUSTEE DATED NOVEMBER 9, 1973, VOLUME 263, PAGE 522 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNDS A5 FOLLOWS: BEGINNING at a W' iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped "Byrn Survey" for the north corner of this tract and the east corner of Lot 2, Block 1, Section 2, McKinley Place Subdivision as recorded in Volume 7, Page 389 of the Hays County Plat Records (said Lot 2 being a portion of the Hood 116.94 acre tract) and being in the southwest line of that 1.88 acre tract described as 1.883 acres in a deed from Mary Anne Hood, Trustee to the State of Texas (for right-of-way purposes) dated April 23, 1979 and recorded in Volume 336, Page 316 of the Hays County Deed Records, said line also being the southwest line of Wonder World Drive (F.M. Highway No. 3407) ¡ THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING with the common northeast line of the remaining portion of the Hood tract and southwest line of the State of Texas 1.883 acre tract and Wonder World Drive and continuing with said common line, as shown on that plat numbered 24476-98-3-b dated July 10, 1998 as prepared for Tom Guilford by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas, S 44° 51' DO" E 1048.49 feet to a X" iron rod found with a plastic cap stamped "Byrn Survey" for the east corner of the herein described tract and the north corner of that 10 foot wide strip dedicated to the Public by the plat of Lot 1, Jackson Chapel ~ddition as reGarded in Volume 6, Page 14 of the Hays County Plat Records¡ THENCE leaving said highway and entering the remaining portion of the Hood tr&ct with the northwest line of the 10 foot wide strip and Lot 1, Jackson Chapel Addition, 543°56' 14" W 250.06 feet to a X" iron rod set for the south corner of the herein described tract, pass at 10.0 feet the west corner of the 10 foot wide strip and north corner of Lot 1¡ THENCE N 44° 51' 00" W 1053.80 feet toa X" iron rod set for the west corner of the herein described tract and south corner of the aforereferenced Lot 2, Block 1, Section 2, McKinley Place 5ubdivision¡ THENCE with the southeast line of said Lot 2, N 45° 09' 00" E 250.00 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING. There are contained within these metes and bounds 6.03 acres, more or less, of land area as prepared from public records and a survey made on the ground on July 10, 1998 by Byrn & Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas.
