Texas' share of these funds is $14,302,200. Your jurisdiction qualifies to receive <br /> $13,842 automatically under this initiative. An overall cash match of 10% or $1,538 is required making your total <br /> project budget $15,380. <br /> <br /> Governor Bush has.designated his Criminal Justice Division (CJD) as the agency to administer block grant funds. CJD "ill <br /> use a brief grant application by which units of local government will certify compliance with federal requirements. Funds <br /> may be used as needed for federal purposes listed in the attached summary. Federal management circulars will apply, <br /> including cost principles, provisions for audit, and rules for grants, contracts, and cooperative agreements, <br /> Enclosed is a summary description of block grant requirements and application fonDs. Before completing the application <br /> fonDs, review the "Local Eligibility" section in the attached summary.
