<br /> 165 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998 - ?OO <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> APPROVING A RELEASE OF AN EASEMENT <br /> LOCATED ON REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY <br /> TANGRAM REHABILITATION NETWORK AT <br /> 220 WEST HUTCHISON STREET; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE RELEASE OF EASEMENT; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. Tangram Rehabilitation Network has requested that the City release an electrical <br /> easement that lies under an office building located at 220 block of West Hutchison <br /> Street (the "Property"). <br /> 2. The San Marcos Electric Utility Department staff has approved the release of the <br /> easement. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The Release of Easement to the Tangram Rehabilitation Network <br /> in the form attached to this Resolution is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> attached Release of Easement to Tangram Rehabilitation Network. <br /> PART 3.
