As you are aware, the costs of <br /> preparing expert testimony are difficult to establish in advance because of uncertainties in the <br /> hearing process. <br /> If the prep.aration of testimony and the hearing goes as currently planned, we may be able to <br /> complete our assignment for the $25,000 limit in the Agreement.
