71, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2003 -80 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, AWARDING AN ANNUAL CONTRACT TO YARRINGTON ROAD <br />MATERIALS FOR THE PURCHASE OF C-67 ROCK FOR THE WATER <br />DISTRIBUTION DIVISION OF THE WATERNVASTEWATER UTILITIES <br />DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br /> PART 1. The award of an annual contract to Yarrington Road Materials located <br />in Kyle, Texas for the purchase of C-67 rock (IFB 23-031) for the Water Distribution <br />Division of the Water/Wastewater Utilities Department, in the estimated amount of <br />$27,450.00 is approved. <br /> <br /> PART2. The Purchasing Manager, Cheryl Pantermuehl, is authorized to <br />execute contract documents on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> PART 3.
