<br /> 175 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998- 206 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN !NTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br /> BETWE~N THE CITY AND THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER AUTHORITY <br /> FOR THE PRO'JISION OF TREE TRIMMING SERVICES; AUTHORIZING <br /> THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF <br /> THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The attached interlocal agreement between the City of San Marcos <br /> and the Lower Colorado River Authority ("LCRA") for the LCRA's provision of tree trimming <br /> services for the City is approved. <br /> PART 2. This interlocal agreement is entered into pursuant to the Interlocal <br /> Cooperation Act, Chapter 791 of the Texas Government Code, as amended. <br /> PART 3. The City Manager, Lapy D. Gil!ey, is authorized to execute the <br /> agreement on be,lalf of the City. <br /> PART 4.
