Change thermostat to a "programmable" thermostat. <br /> 2. Remove existing floor covering and replace with YCT. Color selection by Tenant. <br /> 3. Remove excess phone connections as designated by Tenant. <br /> 4. Install four (4) dedicated electrical circuits. Locations to be designated by Tenant. <br /> 5. Close up cased openings to adjacent suite. <br /> 6. Remove and replace existing stained and broken ceiling tiles. <br /> 7. Paint walls and trim throughout. <br /> 8. Landlord to furnish Certificate of Occupancy. <br />
