<br /> 224 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998 - 219R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> GRANTING A PIPELINE EASEMENT ACROSS <br /> THE SURFACE WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> PROPERTY TO THE GUADALUPE-BLANCO <br /> RIVER AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE EASEMENT; <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority ("GBRA") has requested a pipeline <br /> easement from the delivery point of the Raw Water Pipeline across the surface water <br /> plant property to the meter at the plant. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. The granting of an easement as depicted in the attached Pipeline <br /> Easement is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby authorized to execute <br /> a Pipeline Easement conveying to GBRA the property described above. <br /> PART 3.
