<br /> 227 <br /> RESOLUTION 1998- 221 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND <br /> GEORGE W, MEURY SERVICES, INC, FOR PROFESSIONAL <br /> SURVEYING SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH EASEMENT <br /> ACQUISITION FOR THE SURFACE WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> TRANSMISSION LINE PROJECT AND THE GARY JOB CORPS FORCE <br /> MAIN PROJECT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1, The attached agreement between the City and George W. Meury <br /> Services, Inc. for professional surveying services in connection with easement acquisition <br /> for the Surface Water Treatment Plant Transmission Line Project and the Gary Job Corps <br /> Force Main Project is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is authorized to execute the <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City, <br /> PART 3.
