<br /> 52. <br /> AMENDMENT NO.2 TO DEVELOPMENT INCENTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND DOUBLE EAGLE VENTURES, INC. <br /> FOR PROPOSED CONWAY ADDITION SECTION 4 DEVELOPMENT <br /> IN THE 600 AND 700 BLOCKS OF STURGEON STREET <br /> This is Amendment No.2 to the Development Incentive Agreement dated March 24, 1998 <br /> (the "Agreement") between the City of San Marcos, Texas (the "City"), a Texas municipal <br /> corporation, and Double Eagle Ventures, Inc. (the "Developer"), a Texas corporation. <br /> The parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Section 2.B. of the Agreement is amended as follows (underlining indicates added <br /> text and m'eHítIike indicates deleted text): <br /> <br /> B. The Developer agrees to construct the Proj ect on the Property, the total estimated cost <br /> of which is approximately $850,000, to be completed by April 30. 1999 DccGmber J 1, 1998. <br /> 2.
