<br />.. ,-'. b9r <br /> - <br /> DEER WOOD WATER INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP <br /> Minutes of January 19. 1996 Partnership Meeting <br /> <br />.- A meeting of the partners of Deerwood Water Investment Partnership, a Texas General <br /> Partnership (the "Partnership"), . created, existing and doing business under the Texas Uniform <br /> Partnership Act, met at 1:45 P.M on January 19, 1997, at Yellow Rock, 3413 Hunter Road, San <br /> Marcos, Texas, pursuant to a \VIÌtten notice of meeting, a copy of which is attached to these <br /> minutes, given to each partner of the Partnership by depositing such notice in the United States <br /> Mail, flISt class postage prepaid, addressed to each such partner at the latest address for such <br /> partner appearing in the records of the Partnership. <br /> By common consent, acted as presi~fficer of the <br /> meeting.
