<br />ATTACHMENT A <br /> <br />ScoDe of Work <br /> <br />The work must be performed under the supervision of a Stale-licensed Regislered Professional Land Surveyor. <br /> <br />Nine properties are listed on the next page. Although the Cily anticipates only being able to assist the first 8, this <br />scope of work includes all 9 eligible applicants. Should one applicant be unwilling or unable to continue to <br />participate in Ihe program, the Cily will move forward [0 the ninth applicant. The City will identify which properties <br />will be included in the notice to proceed for each phase of work shown in the following four alternates. <br /> <br />. Activity 1 <br />Prepare a signed and sealed boundary survey drawn to scale that includes the footprint of all existing <br />structures, along with setting markers as needed a1 all corners. Nole, the property at 1114 Cheatham <br />Street consists of two separate lots; however, only Lot 7 should be surveyed. <br /> <br />. Activity 2 <br />Prepare a Minor Plat lor three properties as identified on the quotation form. It is anticipated that each <br />plat will be approved administratively and no appearance before the Planning & Zoning Commission will <br />be required Fees will be waived. <br /> <br />. Activity 3 <br />For homes being reconslructed, a foundalion survey is required 10 verify that the foundation forms <br />conform to the City's setback requirements. This alternate work will not be required for homes <br />undergoing rehabilitation. The homes to be included in Activity 3 will be idenlified by the City prior to the <br />issuance of authority to proceed with the performance of this activity. <br /> <br />. Activity 4 <br />Resetting markers that are dislurbed or lost during demolition/construction activity, as needed.
