M. Veramendi Survey A-I and being the strip of land lying between Block 1, Lot 4 mxd <br />Block 2, Lot 1 of the Mmmtain City Addition as recorded in Volume R, Page 82 of the Deed Records of <br />Hays Count),, the tract of land described as a 12 ft. wide strip offofthe West side of Lot 4, Block 1 of <br />the Mountain City Addition conveyed in a deed fi-om A. T. Rumsey and wife, Mrs. Edna L.
