<br /> 85 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997 - 39R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS <br /> APPROVING THE LEASE OF A TRACT OF <br /> LAND AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br /> AIRPORT TO ACIE D. DOZIER AND BETTYE S. <br /> DOZIER; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> RECITALS: <br /> 1. On March 4, 1997 The San Marcos Airport Commission reviewed a proposed Lease <br /> Agreement between the City and Acie D. Dozier and Bettye S. Dozier, and voted <br /> unanimously to forward this Agreement to the City Council recommending approval. <br /> 2. The Doziers are proposing to construct a hangar under the Lease Agreement for <br /> their private aircraft. . <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1: The attached Lease of Airport Property to Acie D. Dozier and Bettye <br /> S. Dozier for the purpose of constructing a personal hangar is approved. <br /> PART 2: The City Manager, Larry G. Gilley, is authorized to execute the lease <br /> on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
