DESCRIPTION OF 0.17 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, OF LAND AREA BEING A PORTION OF LOT 7, GREEN HAVEN ESTATES, HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS RECORDED IN VOLU1VIE 1, PAGE 73 OF THti HAYS COUNTY PLAT RECORDS AND BEING A PORTION OF THAT TRACT DESCRIEED AS 0.43 ACRES IN A TRANSFER OF EASEMENTS FROM ELIM WATER COMPANY, INC. TO THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, DATED JULY 31, 1997 AND RECORDED IN VOLUM~ 1344, PAGE 519 OF THE HAYS COUNTY OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND BOUNq)S AS FOLLOWS: 110. BEGINNING at a V2" iron md set with a plastic cap stamped "Byre Survey" in the common northwest line of Lot 7 Green Haven Estates, and the City o{' San Marcos 0.43 acre tract and the southeast line of that tract described as 209.392 acres in a deed from San Mamos Baptist Academy and the First Baptist Chumh of San Marcos to Don B. Meador and Karen S. Meador for the north coreer of this description from which a 5" cedar corner post at the common occupied north coreer of Lot 7 and Lot 6 Green Haven Estates bears N 35°03'29TM E 14.59 feet and N 39000' 12" E 13.86 feet; THENCE leaving the common northwest line of Lot 7and the City of San Marcos 0.43 acre tract and the southeast line of the Meador tract and the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat numbered 25341-02 - a, dated October 4, 2002 prepared for Tim Ellison by Byre & Associates, Inc of San Mamos, Texas, crossing the City of San Marcos 0.43 acre tract S 08033'58" E 124.03 feet to a V2 iron rod found at the interior corner of the City of San Marcos 0.43 acre tract and the northeast coreer of that tract described as Lot 7, less and except 0.43 acres in a deed from Buford E. Benner et ux to Edwaml R. Green et ux dated June 30, 1982 and recorded in volume 377, page 386 of the Hays County Deed Records for the southeast corner of this description; THENCE with the common line of the City of San Mamos 0.43 acre tract and the north line of the Green tract S 81°25'39"W 118.22 feet to a V'~"iron rod found in the common northwest line of Lot 7 and the southeast line of the Meador tract for the common west comer of the City of San Mamos 0.43 acre tract and the northwest coreer of the Green tract; THENCE with the common northwest line of Lot 7 and the City of San Mamos 0.43 acre tract and the southeast line of the Meador tract N 35o03'29'' E 171.36 feet to the Place of Beginning.
