112. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />BEING 0.03 acres of land, more or less, and being a portion of Lot 6, Green Haven Estates, a <br />subdivision of record in Volume 1, Page 73 of the Hays County Plat Records, Hays County, <br />Texas, and being the same tract as conveyed from Ann Hoch to Elim Water Company, Inc. in <br />Volume 639, Page 61 of the Real Property Records for Hays County, Texas, and being more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: <br /> <br />COMMENCING at an iron rod found for the southwest corner of Lot 6 as conveyed from J.C. <br />Tindall to Ruth Ann Hoch by deed dated August 10, 1984, as recorded in Volume 460, Page 368 <br />of the Hays County Real Property Records, in the Southeast corner of Lot 7 as conveyed from <br />Buford E. Benner to Edward R. Green by deed dated June $0, 1982, as recorded in Volume 377, <br />Page 386 of the Hays County Deed Records, same being in the north right-of-way ~ine of Booth <br />Drive; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF COMMENCEMENT and Booth Drive with the common line of <br />Lot 6 and Lot 7 N 08 32' 35" W 486.74 feet to a half inch iron rod set at the intersection of a <br />chain link fence for the south corner of this tract and PLACE OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING as shown on that plat prepared for Ann Hoch <br />numbered 22-081-86~C and dated March 21, 1986 by Bryn & Associates, Inc. and continuing with <br />the common line of Lot 6 and Lot 7 N 08 32" 35" W 86.83 feet to a cedar fence corner post in <br />the southwest line of that tract described as "Tract 1,241.17 acres" in a deed from Beatrice V. <br />Story to Ralph Ingram dated June 13, 1969, and recorded in Volume 232, Page 71 of the Hays <br />County Deed Records, for the north corner of this tract, same being the common north corner of <br />Lot 6 and Lot 7; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving Lot 7 with the barbed wire fence, same being the common line of Lot 6 and the <br />Ingram Tract S 46 37' 16" E 60.40 feet to a half inch iron rod set in the intersection of the <br />projected line of the aforementioned chain link fence, for the east comer of this tract; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the lngram Tract, crossing Lot 6 with the line of the chain link fence S 34 56' <br />04" W 54.14 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING, pass at 1.5 feet the beginning of the chain link <br />fence. There are contained within these metes and bounds 0.03 acres of land area, more or <br />less, as survey on the ground during March, 1986, by Bryn and Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, <br />Texas. <br /> <br /> <br />
