<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2007 - 99 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE LEASE OF A <br />TRACT OF LAND AT THE SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL <br />AIRPORT TO JSJ AVIATION, LLC; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On September 5, 2006, and May 8, 2007, the San Marcos Airport Commission <br />reviewed a proposed Lease Agreement between the City and JSJ Aviation, LLC and <br />approved forwarding this Agreement to the City Council recommending approval. <br /> <br />2. JSJ Aviation, LLC is proposing to construct two hangars for commercial use under <br />the Lease Agreement. <br /> <br />3. On April 4, 2007 by Resolution 2007 - 42R, the City Council approved a prior Lease <br />Agreement with JSJ Aviation, LLC however that Lease Agreement was not executed by the <br />Lessee within 30 days and is therefore void by operation of law. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached Lease of Airport Property to JSJ Aviation, LLC for the <br />purpose of constructing two hangars for commercial use is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Dan O'Leary, is authorized to execute the lease on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
