<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2007- 110 R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE <br />ISSUANCE OF A LUXURY LIMOUSINE SERVICE <br />CERTIFICATE TO BRAD GILL AND CHRIS ROBLES, <br />D/B/A ROCK STAR LIMO, FOR THE PROVISION OF <br />LUXURY LIMOUSINE SERVICE IN THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />RECITALS: <br /> <br />1. On June 5, 2007, the San Marcos City Council held a public hearing regarding an <br />application for a Luxury Limousine Service Certificate submitted by Brad Gill and Chris Robles, <br />d/b/a Rock Star Limo, for the provision of luxury limousine services in the City. <br /> <br />2. Subsequent to the public hearing on that date, the City Council finds and determines that <br />the applicant meets the requirements of Article 2 of Chapter 90 of the San Marcos City Code for <br />operating a luxury limousine service. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The issuance of a Luxury Limousine Service Certificate to Brad Gill and Chris <br />Robles, d/b/a Rock Star Limo, is approved. <br /> <br />P ART 2. The Interim City Clerk, Shelley Goodwin, is directed to issue a Luxury Limousine <br />Service Certificate to Brad Gill and Chris Robles, d/b/a Rock Star Limo upon submission of proof of <br />current insurance coverage meeting ordinance requirements, and payment of applicable fees to the <br />City. <br /> <br />P ART 3.
