<br />I <br /> <br />ARTICLE XI. <br />TERMINATION <br /> <br />Any Party may at any time by notice given to all the other Parties decline to participate in <br />the provision of Mutual Aid. The Party shall give written notice of termination of participation in <br />this Agreement and submit a certified copy of such notice to all other Parties.
