<br />43 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1997- . 27 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 50-00039.1 TO THE <br />CITY'S PROJECT AGREEMENT WITH THE TEXAS PARKS AND <br />WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT FOR THE SAN MARCOS PARK II; RATIFYING <br />THE CITY MANAGER'S EXECUTION OF THIS AMENDMENT; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ' <br /> <br />,-- <br />! <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The attached amendment No. 50-00039.1 to the City's Project <br />Agreement with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for the San Marcos Park" is <br />approved. <br /> <br />. . <br /> <br />PART 2. <br />is ratified. <br /> <br />The execution of this amendment by the City Manager, Larry D.
