<br />63 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 1997- <br /> <br />33 <br /> <br />R <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF TWO PICKUP TRUCKS FOR <br />THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE GENÈRAL <br />SERVICES COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br />EXECUTE PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. The purchase of two pickup trucks from Lawrence Marshall Chevrolet- <br />Oldsmobile DCPJE, Inc. through the General Services Commission at $19,851 each for <br />a total of $39,702 is approved. <br /> <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br />purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />PART 3.
