<br /> 88 <br /> RESOLUTION 1997- 4] R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF ONE TRUCK FOR THE FIRE <br /> DEPARTMENT THROUGH THE STATE GENERAL SERVICES <br /> - COMMISSION; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> PURCHASING DOCUMENTS WITH THE STATE ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. ~ The purchase of one series 9300 Cab and Chassis from Lawrence <br /> Marshall Chevrolet-Oldsmobile DCPJE, Inc. through the General Services Commission for <br /> $27,789 is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, Larry Gilley is authorized to execute appropriate <br /> purchasing documents with the State on behalf of the City. <br /> . <br /> PART 3.
